The bulk, fourteen, fall between 1801-1805. It includes two items summarizing the choice of a trail by jury for perjury, and another for theft. One document details a Grand Jury indictment for theft in Arlington and a related indictment for harboring a fugitive (the theif) and receiving stolen goods in Sandgate. Five papers are associated with the 1814-15 divorce of Sally and Joseph Ballard, formerly of Harvard, Massachusetts.|
