York.
Administrative/Biographical History Thomas Clark of Lincoln, Vermont, enlisted as a private in the Eleventh Vermmont Regiment July 3, 1863; mustered in July 11, 1863; mustered out June 22, 1865. He was a member of the Eleventh Vermont Regiment, Company L.
