Information |
"Halloween" features "ghosts" and "goblins" carrying out tricks of all sorts, and two figures bobbing for apples in the lower left. Moses balances the scene’s festive mood with an atmosphere of haunted seriousness, painting the sky a striking charcoal grey with a golden white moon casting an eerie glow over everything, while ominous orange light shines from the windows of the buildings and two owls preside over the mayhem from the leftmost tree. |
