In a cardboard box (c) with instructions for detecting counterfeit coins. Labeled, "J. Allender's Gold Coin Scale, Manufactured by I. Wilson, New London, Conn." Scale sits on a balance with 10, 20, 5, 2.5, and 1 dollar sections. Slits at center for passing coins through to check their width.
