Three documents related to Heman Robinson of Bennington, Vermont. The first is a letter from a Willard at the Marshall's Office writing to Robinson to return as soon as possible to Middlebury due to instructions from the Secretary of State. The second is a note from Martin Field telling Robinson to pay Henry Kellog the money requested of him. Lastly, a Bennington tax rate bill for 1829 assigned to Robinson as the surveyor of highways for his road. Includes the taxes of David Robinson, Samuel H. Blackmer, Samuel H. Brown, and others. Signed by the selectmen of Bennington. |
