True copy of the legal notice signed by Charles Cushman, Justice of the Peace, to the Sheriff of Bennington to attach one thousand dollars worth of goods, chattels, or the estate of Elijah Dewey Hubbell and Hubbell himself if his estate lacks the necessary amount. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit are Moses Robinson and Isaac Tichenor acting as the executors for the estate of Elijah Dewey in regards to a lease agreement. Writ left by Constable Turner Hills in the hands of the named defendant who produced the copy on November 20, 1822 |
