Letter reproducing book of Franklin P. Scott. Most letters hand-written. First is dated Februrary 28, 1883 and is written to James E. Stapleton of Middlebury, Vermont. Last is dated Janurary 20, 1886 and is written to Paul M. Henry of Geneva, New York. Most of the letters written by Franklin Scott, and deal with his practice as a lawyer. Many are about patents, others deal with estates, increasing pensions, etc. Includes work regarding Lasher and Bradford, Walter A. Wood Co., A.P. Childs, and many others. About 500 pages, dark blue covers with leather corners and spine, "Letters" in gold on spine. |
