Partial Transcription: … I Stephen Fay of Hardwick in the County of Worcester and in the province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England yeoman For and in Consideration of the sum of One pound Sixteen shillings Lawfull Money to me in hand paid By Samuel Robinson hath Remissed Released and forever Quit Claim and by these present for him self his heirs Dutifully Clearly and Absolutely Remiss Release and forever Quit claim unto Samuel Robinson of the Same town County and province afore Sd [said] Gentleman in his full and peacable possession and Seizen and to his Heirs and Assign for Ever All such Right Estate Title Interest Demand What Ever that he the Sd Stephen Fay had or ought to have in or to a cort only to part of the propriety of Greenwich Tract of land lying west of and adjoining to Hatfield it being all the Land in that place assign’d for building a Mills… |
