Collection of thirty-one writs, attachments, judgments, and one divorce issued by the Vermont Supreme Court between 1793 and 1810, most signed by Samuel Robinson as clerk. The bulk, fourteen, fall between 1801-1805. It includes two items summarizing the choice of a trail by jury for perjury, and another for theft. One document details a Grand Jury indictment for theft in Arlington and a related indictment for harboring a fugitive (the thief) and receiving stolen goods in Sandgate. Five papers are associated with the 1814-15 divorce of Sally and Joseph Bullard, of Chester, Vermont.
