Bennington Public Schools Teacher's Manual for 1928-1929. Lists school trustees, principals, where school buildings are, telephone numbers, teachers, etc. Bertha P. Lambert is listed as teaching English and Penmanship in the Junior High School. Her address: 310 Gage Street. The junior high telephone number was also listed - 342 - M. Other information included holidays, that mid-year examinations would be January 17 and 18, and that the "no school signal will be 2 - 2 - 2 on the Allen A. Whistle and will be sounded at 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM. Printed in black on cream colored paper, folded in half. |
