One of several documents and photographs pertaining to Dorothy Canfield Fisher, of Arlington, Vermont. The donors are the daughter and son-in-law of Bob and Merle Hass, very close friends of the Fishers for 50 years. Robert K. Hass, Vice President of Random House, was Priscilla Blum's father, started Book-of-Month Club. The Haases bought "Poor farm" in Arlington next to Fisher property; were best friends with the Fishers for 50 years. |
