Explains that as a nation the consumption of certain goods is twice as much as required. Reverse side "Why We Must Save Food". Signed Herbert Hoover, United States Food Administrator at bottom. Explains that Europeans are not able to farm and therefore America is required to feed Europe through its savings rather than normal surplus which has already been sent. Necessary to win War and the responsibility of each individual. |
