Material related to dissolution of the H.C. White Co. of North Bennington, Vermont Two folders of general correspondence, much addressed to or from George B. Welling, receiver and Francis E. Morrisey, his attorney. Most deal with attempts to sell the plant and equipment. One folder of documents related to lawsuit Quabaug Rubber Company v. H.C. White Co regarding payment of debts. Two Commodity Analysis books. One contains Lists amounts of different types of lumber on hand. First few pages arranged by type of wood, later pages by date,1934-35. Loose in front of book are a few shipping sheets, notes, and a couple of papers related to North Bennington school, bell and a map that don't appear related. Second includes payroll for 1934 and 1935. |
