Request for a writ of subpoena produced by David Church as the solicitor of Isaac Tichenor as the executor of the Estate of Samuel Robinson for the Vermont Supreme Court held in Manchester, Vermont. The request was to have David Armstrong appear before the Court in regards to a promissory note Armstrong signed to Samuel Robinson. Copy produced by Charles Hick the constable who served the papers to David Armstrong. Original documents were produced on November 20, 1820 with the copy served to Armstrong on December 5, 1820. |
