A folded document. Two handwritten pages. A document is headed "Supreme Court". John Warren and Susannah H. Warren, his wife, vs. Marquis De Lafayette Dickinson. A notice dated 2nd of January, 1832, for Dickinson's appearance in court re eviction from "a certain piece of land". The Warren's allege that they were forcibly and illegally evicted from the property by Dickinson. Charles A. Davis, is the attorney. |
