Typewritten letter, addressee unknown. Dated Jan 24.1896 . The letter is simply addressed "Dear Sir: --", and states that a bronze figure of a catamount to be placed on the site of the "Old Catamount Tavern" in Old Bennington, VT. had arrived and the subscriptions to the fund were now due. The amount being $50. The letter is signed Geo. F. Graves, Treas. In what appears to be crayon is written "Pd 1/25/96" at the top of the letter. |
