Partial Transcription: …I Samel Robinson of Bennington in New Hampshier in New England Gentmn _ _ _ _ For and in consideration of the Sum of ten pounds sixteen shillings and Eleven pence Lawfull money to me in hand said before delivery hereof, by Peter Harwood of Bennington in the County and province of New Hampshier in New England yeoman the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, Have given, granted, bargained, and sold, and by these Presents do give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm to Him the said Peter Harwood His Heirs and assigns, all my Right, Title, Interest, Estate, Property and Demand of in and unto all that one Hundred and Ninety acers of Land in Bennington in Province of New hampshier (Viz) Ninty acers in the westerly part f No. 20 and No. 12 beginning at a stake and stone at Elazer Harwoods Northwest corner runing west about sixty fore rods to a beach [beech] stande then south three quarters of a mile to a maple tree marked then East Sixty fore rods to stake and stone then westerly quarter of the Oridgenal Rights No. fifty about ten acers off of the North Easterly corner of the South Easterly quarter of the oridgenil Right No. Nineteen he the Sd [said] Peter Harwood doing and Purforming the Dutyes Enjoyned on to lands as in Hampshier afore sd _ _ _ _ |
