Also, two letters addressed to James Bowdoin, Boston, Massachusetts (then Governor) from Thomas Chittenden. First dated March 3, 1787, Bennington, Vermont. Second dated March 6, 1787, Bennington, Vermont. Concerning politics of the State Legislature most likely in reference to Shay's Rebellion. |
