Written inside the opening pages and continuing at the back are Guy Hynes' , the owner, different assignments while in the army. He served in Washington, D.C. , Virginia, Maryland, the United states Naval Academy, New Jersey, Liverpool, England, and Brest, France 1918-1919. He continued to record his addresses throughout his life, ending in 1964. Newspaper clipping dated Sept. 1918 from the "Torch" is tucked inside. |
