Bennington Valley Pulp Company mill buildings in North Bennington, near the current Paper Mill covered bridge. Two separate one story wood buildings with cupola, small shed between them. The building on the left has stacked wood in corner, also has several broken window panes and chipped paint. Snow on the ground and a leafless tree in the top right corner. |

Identification found in "Supplement to the Bennington Semi-Weekly Banner" March 1895, p. 28. The Bennington Valley Pulp Company manufactured wood pulp and wood pulp board in a factory located at Bennington Falls. Owned by C.W. Roberts, who rebuilt the mill in 1885 for the purpose of bringing out the "New England Wood Pulp Grinder." |
