Description |
Souvenir flowerpot in stoneware. Made at the Norton Pottery for the Centennial celebration at Bennington, August 16, 1877. Stamped into the front of it is"BENNINGTON / Aug. 18 1877 / CENTENNIAL." Shell design on the top rim of the pot and tray. Pale yellow in color. Drainage tray attached at bottom of pot. "Mrs. Walker" written on the bottom in pencil. |
