Description |
Rather crudely made and crudely carved powder horn. Carved inscription: "T Maynard His horn made by him at Arlington VT." Below "with General Stark at Bennington Battle August 16, 1777." Made of pine. Very old strap made of .75" wide leather. The horn has not been scraped thin as many are. |
