Description |
Bennington Potters coffee set designed by Yusuke Aida, made around 1961-1965. Plain white glaze. Tall pot (a) with lid (b) both have flattened oval handles. Top of pot and tip of spout both flare out. Sugar bowl (c) with lid (d) also has flattened oval handle. Creamer (e) has flared spouts on either side. Sugar and creamer fit on shallow oval tray (f). All stamped on bottom with Bennington Potters' hand and spark mark. Coffeepot is number 1630, sugar bowl is 1634, creamer is 1635, and tray is 1631. |
