Description |
Flint enamel glazed toby bank. Form of a seated man with a wide brimmed hat holding a mug on his knee. Hat is permanently fused to the jar and slot for the coins cut into the back rim. Bottom stamped with 1849 mark and is incised in script with the worker's name "J. Symore" (?). "12" inscribed into the back coat. Brilliant bown, blue and green colors. |
