Fragments of a silver colored silk ribbon with black printing including picture of a steamship at top. What remains of the printing on top says "Souvenir, Grand Army Encampment" and "...S' Naval Veterans". Belonged to Zephaniah Moore who served as a clerk on the ship Juliet during the Civil War. |
