Captain at the Battle of Bennington; commanded one of the Bennington regiments; widow awarded Revolutionary War Pension No. W24817. One of the first justice of the peace appointments by Vermont. One of the first judges of the Vermont Supreme Court, 1778. Sat on the trial of David Redding. Speaker of the Vermont General Assembly, 1780. |
